Changeover
day is Saturday (arrive after 4pm, leave before 10am). A
non-refundable deposit of 25% must be paid at the time of booking, which
will be confirmed by return of post.
The balance of the rental and a security deposit of £200 is due
eight weeks before the start of the holiday. For

is available from the end of May to the middle of October and is rented as
a complete unit; the 2 properties are not available separately. This ensures complete privacy and
